Does anyone have a simple table/rough guide to show the size of hooks generally used for different types of fish

I will be fishing in Small Lakes and rivers, What kind of fishing pole will i need how long? what kind of rod?

And is there a guide anywhere about the basics like how to do things during fishing and why?

hunting trip must include rates for in stater and out staters. trips must have everything included such as guide, lodging, meals, etc under $1500.00. trips must included whitetail, fishing, bear, etc.

I need a guide to hot big a saltwater treble hook actually is. For example, how big is a size 6 saltwater treble hook? Fist size? I have no clue. Thanks. I usually do freshwater fishing.

Me and my buddy have been wanting to go on a fly fishing trip out west for the past couple of years but have never really decided on where to go. We would like to go to Montana, but I’m just not real sure where to go there. I don’t really want a guide service, but we’re only 21, so we can’t rent a car and drive where we want. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We live in North Carolina.

If ya dont know what it is you fish with your hand. You stick your hand in a hole and when the fish bites you pull it out. I want to be a noodling guide. Would you pay to go???

When I was fishing in the waba at th hk in ont. ca. our guide had a little silver device that ties a cinch knot in asp. I can tie the knot but this was like lighting fast. But I can not find one. Anyone know of it and where I can buy it! I come from a 3rd gen. of big time crazed walley and muskie people who will probably think I am nuts but it was amazing for speed, and my npn. for northerns will come in handy. The guides in Africa told me that as part of its feeding strategy the tigerfish exudes an anticoagulant onto its teeth so that if you get nipped or bitten you will bleed and bleed. Is this true or were they were putting-me-on? If it is true do other fish use this strategy too?
