how to you use a bait casting reel?

i have a nice small baitcasting reel, it has a guide for when you wind in the fishing line it has a star drag and a small knob. it doesn’t have a the switch you click on to realse line. the abu garcia has it but not this new one i bought. teach so i can learn how to release the line when i cast out

how to open a bait shop?

I would like to open a bait shop for someone but i dont know anything about it. Can someone who knows or experienced this please help guide me through step by step or as much as you can? I can get a fair location with approximately $600-$700 monthly rent. how do i get baits, fishing license, cheap tackles, hooks, etc? How do I get started and what are the important things that I should know when opening a bait shop. Thanks
